Goshen Beach Estate

Goshen Beach Estate…the safe land became a resounding success that changed the pace of and standard of real estate development in Nigeria for good.  As a beach front development, the Estate consists of eighty-nine (89) elegantly built units of four (4) and five (5) bedroom detached houses, each with a two bedroom boys quarters, gatehouse and refuse dump.  There are modern infrastructural and recreational facilities and an expanse of green areas for further landscaping and outdoor activities within the Estate. 

Victory Park Estate

Victory Park Estate…the sign of triumph, is another great idea being built on the heels of the success recorded by Goshen Beach Estate.  Situated west of the Lekki-Ajah axis and bordered by the Lagoon, Victory Park Estate is aptly positioned as the sign of triumph.  The project sits on 50 hectares of land and is being developed in two phases for ease of acquisition.  The first phase is the sale of 50 plots of land on Site and Services basis to the general public, while the second phase is the construction of 440 luxuriously finished housing units and the provision of infrastructural facilities for the whole estate.  The Estate comprises of a variety of four (4) and five (5) bedroom fully detached houses with all rooms en suite.  Each of the houses on completion will have a DSTV and two telephone lines installed.  And in order to enhance a sense of security and tranquility, the Estate makes ample provision for set backs, walkways, well-paved streets, lush green belts, sculptured gardens and numerous parks.  Above all, Victory Park Estate comes with exotic facilities such as; central sewage system, central water treatment (which would be powered by solar energy), two swimming pools, a lawn tennis court, 24 hours security service, and many other vital communal services similar to what obtains at Goshen Beach Estate, Lekki, Lagos State.

The Beautiful Gate Estate

The Beautiful Gate Estate…for the rest of your life this estate was architecturally conceived to serve as a medium to high density fully serviced residential estate for the numerous prospective purchasers who belong to the low-to-low medium income groups of society.  It shall comprise of 3639 units of various designs, with each unit sitting on a land area of between 450-1000 square metres plot sizes, on a land area measuring approximately 235 hectares.  30% of this development will be constructed during the first phase of the project.  The estate will also incorporate a mini estate built for the Foreign Service Nationals of the United States Consular General known as American Consulate FSN Housing Estate.  This estate comprises 2, 3 and 4 bedroom detached bungalows.

is a superb residential project by every architectural standard, The Beautiful Gate Estate is situated along the Lekki-Epe axis, measuring approximately 110 hectares and only 12 minutes drive from the heart of Victoria Island in Lagos.  All rooms are en suite and each house comes with a 2 bedroom boys quarters. All infrastructural facilities that should be in an estate of this nature come standard.  The estate also has a convention centre on a land size of approximately 5 hectares.

Havilah Villas…the best of two worlds. 

The concept of Havilah Villas was borne out of the success achieved on Goshen Beach Estate, Victory Park Estate, Lekki, Lagos and the vision of the Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel in developing the Gateway City an ultra modern independent city which will have every positive features and by virtue of its location, give its inhabitants the benefit of enjoying the best of two cities, Lagos and the Gateway City, Ogun State. The estate is strategically located in Isheri a boundary town between Ogun and Lagos States to allow residents enjoy the best of the two states and is covered by a Certificate of Occupancy. 

This estate will be richly laid out with state-of-the-art facilities, which include world standard lawn tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pools, a standard police post, a well-equipped medical clinic, 24 hours security services and many other communal services similar to what is presently being done at the Goshen Beach Estate, Lekki, Lagos.

Details of our various designs are as follows:

(i)      264 units of four (4) bedroom terrace houses of four (4) in a block each block in 1350m².

(ii)      106 units of four (4) bedroom twin duplexes, each unit on 450m².

(iii)     22 units of five (5) bedroom detached houses, each unit on 900m².

(iv)     64 units of Three (3) bedroom Luxury Flats, on a total area coverage of 24,673.83 m²

(v)      10 units of Four (4) bedroom bungalows, each unit on a minimum of 520m².

In addition, the development layout and land allocation policy allow for the development of an estate office for the effective management of all our estates, and ancillary facilities including a recreational area, which would attract substantial additional income to all our projects.
