Grant Properties
Limited team is comprised of professionals with
extensive experience in real estate development, and
background in complimentary fields. The President/CEO is
supported by the following Management Staff:
REV. DR. OLAJIDE E. AWOSEDO: President/CEO
He is a retired banker and
enterpreneur. He started his career at the Central
Bank of Nigeria in 1977 after his graduation from the
University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo
University). He then worked at NAL Merchant Bank
Plc. where he cut his teeth in the world of corporate
finance. He eventually became Head of Corporate Finance
Department of the bank before he left in 1989 when he
was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Citi Trust
Merchant Bank Limited (now Union Merchant Bank
Limited). He left shortly after to start his own
business, which he has been doing successfully since. He
works as an adviser and consultant to several companies
and to the government due to his vast experience in
various fields of endeavor.

DR. OLAWUNMI OLAJIDE-AWOSEDO (PHD): Chief Operating
Officer
 Olawunmi
is a highly educated lawyer, holding a Masters of Laws
Degree (LLM) from the university of Wales, Aberystwyth, in
addition to which he has recently completed a PhD in
Banking Law at the university of Manchester. He is also a
member of the chartered Institute of Arbitrators in
addition to his experience as a legal practitioner. He
brings a measure of fresh ideas and energy to the board;
and represents the next generation, as Grant Properties
prepares to embark on future projects and challenges. One
of his "far-fetched" ideas has now become the
HaviLah Villas project, more than ten years after
he first mentioned the possibility of building a
residential estate on the express way linking Ogun and
Lagos states.
Olawunmi is in charge of the daily operational activities
of the company.

MR.
ADEWALE A. TALABI, Ass. General Manager, Head Business
Development.
 A
graduate of the University of Ibadan. He has worked in
several establishments, one of which is Commercial &
Scientific Computing Nigeria Limited. He has gained
experience over the years in the area of administration
and marketing before joining Grant Properties Limited as
the Assistant General Manager, Business Development.

MR.
DAVIES OYETUNJI: Finance Controller
 He
holds an MBA (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of
Technology, Ogbomoso and Bsc (Business Administration)
degree, with a second class upper division from Bayero
University, Kano in 1998. he has attended various courses
in finance and project Management, the most recent of such
courses are Senior Financial Analyst programme at thee
Lagos Business school, Victoria island, Lagos and Project
management course organised by the Business School
Netherlands, Nigeria. His main areas of interest are
project analysis, project Financing and feasibility study.
he started his career as a corper in UBA Plc, Akwa - Ibom
State after which he joined Stabilini Visioni Limited. In
2001, he joined Grant Properties Limited and he is
presently the Finance Controller of the organisation.

MRS. OLAMIDAYO O. OLUKOGA: Head Marketing
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography
and Regional Planning from Olabisi Onabanjo University,
Ogun State and a Master of Science Degree in
Geographical Information Systems from the University of
Leeds, United Kingdom. Since her graduation, she has
worked briefly with Oando Plc before she moved to Grant
Properties Limited.

MR. TOPE
AROWOLO: Head Project
 A seasoned civil
engineer with over 10 years experience working in the
construction industry. Had his HND at Federal
Polytechnic Bida and his Post graduate degree at
University of Science and Technology in Port Harcourt, He
is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

OLUDARE B. EDUN:
Administration
 A
graduate of Ondo state Univeristy now University of Ado
- Ekiti. He has had years of expereince in Human
Resource and Marketing. He has also attended courses on
Human Resources, One of which was in "Mastering Human
Resources" at the Lagos Business School, Victoria
Island. He is presently the Head of Administration.

IKENNA AMADI: FACILITY
MANAGEMENT
A
graduate of Building from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro.
He also holds a post graduate degree in Quantity surveying
from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo
state. He has a vast knowledge in the construction
industry spanning over seven years. His involvement
includes the design and construction of a multinational
detergent factory in Nigeria and several residential and
commercial structures. He is also a member of the Nigerian
Institute of Building. He is currently the Head Facilities
Management.
