THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of the company is composed of highly qualified and experienced professionals who have made their mark in various fields and disciplines. The members are:
REV. DR. OLAJIDE E. AWOSEDO: President/CEO
He is a retired banker and
enterpreneur. He started his career at the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1977 after his graduation from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He
then worked at NAL Merchant Bank Plc. where he cut his
teeth in the world of corporate finance. He eventually
became Head of Corporate Finance Department of the bank before he left in 1989
when he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Citi Trust Merchant Bank Limited (now Union Merchant Bank Limited). He
left shortly after to start his own business, which he
has been doing successfully since. He works as an
adviser and consultant to several companies and to the
government due to his vast experience in various fields
of endeavor.

DR. OLAWUNMI
OLAJIDE-AWOSEDO (PHD): Chief Operating Officer
 Olawunmi
is a highly educated lawyer, holding a Masters of Laws
Degree (LLM) from the university of Wales, Aberystwyth, in
addition to which he has recently completed a PhD in
Banking Law at the university of Manchester. He is also a
member of the chartered Institute of Arbitrators in
addition to his experience as a legal practitioner. He
brings a measure of fresh ideas and energy to the board;
and represents the next generation, as Grant Properties
prepares to embark on future projects and challenges. One
of his "far-fetched" ideas has now become the
HaviLah Villas project, more than ten years after
he first mentioned the possibility of building a
residential estate on the express way linking Ogun and
Lagos states.
Olawunmi is in charge of the daily operational activities
of the company.

REV.(MRS.) ABIMBOLA O. OLAJIDE-AWOSEDO: Director of Administration
A seasoned administrator, she possesses a Higher National Diploma in Secretariat Administration. She worked for several years in several establishments, one of which is Wemabod Estates Limited. She left employment in 1990 and has since
been in private business. She is also the Vice President of Goshen Oil Nigeria Limited.

ENGR. KAYODE EDUN: Director of Works
An engineer of vast experience. He holds a B.A. (Maths) and B. Sc. (Engineering) both from University of Kansas, Lawrence Kansas USA. He holds an M. S. (Engineering) from the same University. He started his professional career at Mobil Producing Nigeria Limited where he rose to the position of Senior Engineer. He left Mobil in 1980 to start COKSEE Engineering Works Limited. In 1990 he was appointed member of the advisory committee to look into the production of spare parts for RAW MATERIALS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.

MR. BAYO MFON: Director
A lawyer whose Alma Mater is the University of Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England. He has served as a Solicitor to various organisations culminating in the establishment of a Property Law Division in the firm of Ronke Harrison Chambers. He joined the organisation as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. He has since been elevated to the Board of the Company.

MR. ANDREW BYOMA: Director
A lawyer by training, Mr. Andrew Byoma was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1978. After a stint in private legal practice in Kaduna, he joined First Bank of Nigeria Plc and was Regional Legal Adviser for the then Kaduna Regional Office. He left First Bank of Nigeria Plc to join the Rims Group where he rose to the rank of General Manager before leaving in 1992 to go into property business. He pioneered the establishment of the 23-Hectare Associated Estates, Karimo, Abuja among other property development projects he has been involved with. In addition to his legal training, Mr. Byoma has attended several courses including Privatisation of Public Enterprises at the International Law Institute, Washington DC, USA, Advanced Management Programme at Templeton College, Oxford University, UK and Property Asset Management at Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. He heads the law firm of A. Byoma & Co.

MR. TONY
ADABA: Director
An economist and a seasoned banker, an Alumni of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Boston University, Boston, Mass, U.S.A., University of Minnesota, Minniapolis, Min., U.S.A among others. He joined the New Nigeria Development Company Limited Group in 1977 where he worked in various departments/subsidiaries and rose to the post of an Executive Director. He also held public appointments and worked in various capacities amongst which are: Chairman of the Board, Kwara Industrial Trust Fund Limited, Chairman, Task Force on the re-organisation of Kwara Investment Company Limited, Member of the board, BEWAC Nigeria Limited, Lagos amongst others. Executive Director, Nigerian Export-Import Bank, Vice President, Dakar Union (Association of Export Credit Insurers and Export Promotion Organisations), member of the Nigerian Delegation to the 15th International Agreement on Cocoa, Geneva. He is presently the Chairman, Board of Directors, Oregun Cocoa Mills Limited and Consultant to Verity Associates.
