BACKGROUND

Grant Properties Limited was set up for the sole purpose of actualizing the dream of scores of prospective homebuyers who have travelled the world and seen spectacular property developments, with exclusive facilities worldwide and desired to acquire such in their own country.

In pursuit of this, Grant Properties Limited was incorporated in March 3, 1993 as a property development and consultancy firm. 
The Lekki corridor of Lagos state, Nigeria provided the opportunity for the company to express its vision of providing high net worth housing developments with exotic facilities.
